It’s not a big bang. It has a cross plane, 90-degree crank and an irregular firing order. Lots of mags have said it’s a big bang, but they got the wrong end of the stick. The idea behind it is the same (to give the rear tyre more grip), but this engine is much smoother than a big bang.

Even Michael Neeves said that. Dont laugh on me, coz I ride a Honda too. But, I never feel the aggression like the Yamaha. Am just glade that the R1 still rules.

HONDA = No passion. I know that because I own a Honda. I own a honda because its been bought by my parents for me. Personally, I prefer YAMAHA, which my parents wont allow. They think somehow, any 2 wheeler other than YAMAHA has airbags for safety:-)
MCN has stepped up, their earlier videos were pretty shitty now I look forward to seeing them hahaa

Just need to fit it with decent sounding and good looking after market exhausts and it will be a perfect sports bike.
The sound is close to the M1,, its only more softer but it is GREAT !! =D

i do like the sound of it, its changed completely comparing it to my dads old ‘98 R1, but it sounds almost beastly as it flies past, amazing
